How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Shipping throughout Australia is a flat rate of $9.95. We dispatch orders within 3-4 business days from purchase from our Sydney HQ, we suggest allowing the following:
- Sydney metro 3-4 business days

Do you accept Creative Kid Vouchers?
Unfortunately, at this stage, we can no longer accept NSW Creative Kids Vouchers. We are working on a program that allow us to remain providers in the future. However from March 1st 2022, the NSW Creative Kids Voucher Program changed its rules, therefore, we don't currently fit their guidelines of "all programs that include the supply of creative materials or art kits will be ineligible under the Creative Kids Program". This means we cannot accept vouchers at this stage.
We apologise for any inconvenience, we hope you will remain Hand In Hand Customers. You can take advantage of our many payment methods to purchase the different themed Kits we have on offer. Our subscription model "pay as you" go allows you to purchase a Kit at a discounted rate each month. What is Hand In Hand Activity Kits!
An exciting box delivered to your door, filled with early learning activities made easy with EVERYTHING included. Enjoy bonding with your special youngster while watching them discover, create and learn about the world around them.
Why Us? All I am doing is passing on what I did with my son and what he and other children of different ages enjoyed. Before I started Hand In Hand Activity Kits I often felt very overwhelmed trying to find activities to do and source the materials, I ended up spending more time searching than spending the quality time doing the activity. It is not rocket science. I make the instructions clear and easy to follow and include all the materials so any carer can pick it up and run with it. I take away all the guessing work, what to do and where to get it from so you can just enjoy the outcome which is spending quality time with your little one. Although my activities are reviewed by my wonderful mother (a qualified primary school teacher), I do not claim to be a teacher or an educator. I am a mother who wants to spend more quality time with my son. By doing these activities it made us both feel like we would accomplish something exciting together and I am so excited to pass this on to others.
Which Hand In Hand Activity Kit best fits my youngster?
We have two kits available. The Toddler Kit is designed for children between the ages of 18 months - 3 years old. The Preschool Kit is designed for children between the ages of 3-6 years old, or if you have a curious 2-year old that likes a challenge we would recommend the preschool kit.

Will I know the theme before I purchase my Hand In Hand Activity Kit?
All Hand In Hand Activity Kits are separated into fun themes and include 5-6 activities with ALL materials needed for you to complete with your youngster. If you are in a subscription a surprise theme will be sent each month alternatively you can purchase a single box and the themes available will be displayed.
How long does an activity take to complete?
Each activity presented takes between 10 - 25 minutes.
What is included in a Hand In Hand Activity Kits?
Each theme includes 5 Activity Guides with fun facts on the theme, ALL cool craft materials, exciting tools, worksheets.
Do I need to complete the activities in a particular order?
Unless advised otherwise the activities do not need to be completed in any particular order.
Can my youngster complete the activity by themselves?
Your toddler or preschooler must have adult supervision, as these kits contain small parts for craft or outdoor activities. The activities are designed for you to complete with your youngster so you can guide support and supervise the activity.
STRICT adult supervision is required for every youngster for their safety.
Do we need to stick to the guide?
Can I get a refund for my Activity Kit?
